Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping
– Nationwide delivery via courier.
– Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
– Courier delays are not the Company’s responsibility.
– Incorrect address entry is the customer’s responsibility.
2. Returns
1. Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
2. Once inspected and approved, the customer will receive full store credit with no cancellation fees.
3. Used or non-new items will not be accepted.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges for size/color are allowed for unused items.
Shipping cost for exchanges is paid by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation
– Cancellation before shipment: free of charge.
– After shipment: items may be returned for full store credit per the return policy above.
5. Defective Items
If an item is defective, a full credit or replacement will be provided. Must be reported within 48 hours.
